Transcending Health is a human restoration and performance center in Charlottesville, VA. We help active adults get out of pain and back to the things they love by finding the root cause, not just treating symptoms. Our team combines clinical massage, acupuncture, SoftWave tissue regeneration therapy, orthopedic laser, Focused Cryotherapy, corrective exercise and personal training, and nervous system care like breathwork, meditation, and sound healing into one coordinated plan. Our expanded Rio Road East location now includes a movement and yoga studio with group classes, small-group corrective exercise, and resistance training, plus the Sound Lounge for immersive sound healing. It is also home base for TH Institute, our online program for active adults 40 and over. Founded in 2018 by Drew Edmondson, Transcending Health proudly serves Charlottesville and Albemarle County.
