Research Parks Director

The Research Parks Director is responsible for leading and overseeing the strategic direction and growth of the Foundation’s research parks. The Director is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and potential investment opportunities, managing key relationships, and driving the success of small to large-scale real estate projects that align with the University’s long-term mission and growth goals. The Director works closely with cross-functional teams, including real estate development, asset management and finance, to bring innovative projects to life and ensure their successful execution. The Director also oversees comprehensive program development and community engagement activities that demonstrate the importance and relevance of the research parks to the University, park tenants and the broader community.
