Event Description:

Workin' Wednesdays is a monthly networking series held on the last Wednesday of each month, co-hosted by the Minority Business Alliance (MBA) and the Black Professional Network (BPN). Each gathering offers a welcoming space for professionals, entrepreneurs, and community members to connect, share resources, and build relationships that strengthen the local business community.

The Minority Business Alliance (MBA) is an affinity group of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce that convenes, supports, and promotes minority-owned businesses through strategic partnerships and community wealth building initiatives. MBA serves as a hub for minority entrepreneurs and allies working together to grow thriving businesses across the region.

The Black Professional Network (BPN) was founded in 2013 with a mission to expand the connections of all members of the African-American community to enhance cultural, social, economic, and educational development and growth. BPN curates networking experiences that spark real connections, with a vision of building a strong, connected, and enriched African-American culture in Central Virginia.
