Join PVCC and Charlottesville Ballet for a "Salute" to veterans with an afternoon of honor, remembrance, music and dance.
Salute is dedicated to honoring our veterans through the beauty of music and dance. Witness the power of Charlottesville's professional ballet company, plus guest performances by pianist Shelby Sender and The Oratorio Society of Virginia, conducted by Michael Slon. This diverse program will captivate audiences of all ages with a blend of classical favorites and new commissioned works that reflect the stories of our time. With patriotic music selections and over 100 dancers, students and singers on the Main Stage, Salute is a heartfelt tribute that celebrates our heroes.
